I needed this course for my second son. He couldn’t seem to follow instructions and had focus and behavioral issues. His focus and behavior weren’t changing. After taking this course and learning a lot, especially about positive parenting and psychosocial support, I realized that these issues stemmed from things that happened during my pregnancy. I’ve always been polite to my son, but I’ve become exponentially kinder because of the teachings in this course. This is the most wonderful thing I’ve learned: to give them love and base every action with your child on love. My son has improved tremendously, and the changes in his behavior are so palpable. Now, when I get angry, I kiss my child on the forehead or hand, or I hug them. My anger and my child’s stress both cool down, and he understands me more clearly. Hugging releases oxytocin, serotonin, and dopamine, and that works like magic. We do activities I’ve learned from this course together, and he takes great interest in them. Because of this course, I feel like I’ve returned to being an active, on-track parent.

I can’t begin to express how helpful and knowledgeable this course has been. The things we learned were things we didn’t know before. We will make sure to implement what we’ve learned from this course in our daily lives, whether at home or at school, and many of us are already doing so. I’ve been getting all the teachers from my school together, and we are developing low-cost, no-cost materials according to the teachings. We’ve been having monthly and regular sessions with teachers, and for the PTM, we’re thinking of expanding these sessions to parents as well. What we’ve learned from this course is that ECD begins at home, so we’re focusing on the foundation—the home—by creating awareness, providing guidance, and empowering parents and teachers. Because now we know that only when they are guided can children develop and reach their full potential; otherwise, the learning will not be complete.

This course was the best thing that has ever happened to me. It was the most phenomenal and brilliant course I have enrolled in throughout my 10-year career. ’ve learned so much from that too. ECD has been my domain for 10 years, but neuroplasticity was something entirely new to me and something that should be taught from the get-go. I had been waiting for this course for some time now. I followed PAFEC on all social media last year and kept track of the course announcement. I’ve been persuading so many teachers I’ve met to take this brilliant course and follow PAFEC. I would strongly suggest offering this course to organizations because the things covered in this course are so immensely important to know! Thank you to everyone involved in this course, and I hope to learn more with you in the future.

I’ve been teaching little children in Class 2 for 9 years, but the things I’ve learned from this training, I’ve never implemented before. I want to incorporate everything I’ve learned from here. This course gave me an opportunity to present what I’ve researched, and it has given me confidence. I’m grateful to all the trainers and the participants. Because of the insights, advice, examples, and activities I’ve learned from this course, I’m implementing them with the children in my locality, guiding them, and teaching them about planting and gardening. The children I’m teaching are so engaged. They do activities together, teach each other, and enjoy them. They go home and tell their parents and replicate those activities at home, and the parents tell us how satisfied they are. This is all because of this training!
