Mr. Muhammad Rafique Tahir is currently serving as Senior Education Advisor of Rupani Foundation, Pakistan. He has recently retired from the government as Joint Educational Advisor, Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training and as head of the National Curriculum Council. He has the honour of leading the development of Single National Curriculum for the country.  He has a vast experience in public sector administration/management of educational institutions, policy, development, reforms, project management, capacity development, dealing with donors, INGs/ NGOs, focal point of Global Partnership for Education (GPE), E-9 Countries and also dealing with matters pertaining to UNESCO / ISESCO, Joint Ministerial Commission, International / National Agreements / MoU / Protocols.
