The Directorate of Early Childhood Care & Education School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, developed Curriculum & Standards for ECCE. The Curriculum is based on the National Curriculum for ECCE 2017 & the ECCE Policy for Sindh.  The launching ceremony of the Curriculum and Standards was organized on April 9, 2019 chaired by the Provincial Education Minister. Ms. Khadija Khan, CEO PAFEC attended the event as a panelist and talked about importance of the innovative approaches in ECD programmes implemented in Pakistan and their impact.

In addition to these events the CEO during this period also participated in the radio and television progarmmes on education and a seminar on girls’ education and talked about the importance of early learning programmes and their impact on child development.
